Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Shipping Regions: Currently, we only support shipping to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international locations or other regions at this time. Please stay tuned for future updates.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing & Delivery

Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Transit Time: After shipment, delivery is estimated to take 4–7 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order to ensure timely processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package via the carrier’s website or through our upcoming order tracking page.

If you haven’t received your tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder first. If still not found, contact us at: support@labubucrew.com

Customs & Import Duties

The product prices and shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include any additional import duties, taxes, or fees that your country or region may require.

Please keep in mind that in most cases, no duties will be charged; however, if duties are assessed, you will be responsible for paying any unpaid charges.

Sales & Use Tax

Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) will be charged by applicable US states to customers who purchase from us. We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in those states. Our sales price already includes all state sales taxes, and consumers do not need to pay extra.
